To join or renew your membership with CVNSND, you must register through Circlebridge. Our national organization, National Longhouse Ltd (NLL), requires that every parent-member of CVNSND submit to a criminal background check once during his time in the organization.
A few important things to know when you register:
- The Circlebridge registration site is a web site that all local longhouses affiliated with NLL use to register for the year.
- After logging in or creating a new account (for new members) and adding your child(ren), there are two choices to “Register”: (1) National Dues for 2023 / 2024 program year, and (2) Local Longhouse Dues for 2023 / 2024 program year.
- Every Family with one or more children currently in grades K-4 MUST “Register” and pay for BOTH (1) National Longhouse Dues for the 2023 / 2024 program year, which are $45.00 via PayPal, AND for (2) the Local Longhouse Dues for the 2023 / 2024 program year, which are $42.50, also paid via PayPal.
- Every Pathfinder-only Family (those only with kids currently in grades 5-8) MUST “Register” and pay ONLY the National Dues for the 2023 / 2024 program year, which are $45.00 via PayPal.
- Please note that the only method of payment of any type of membership dues is via PayPal. Payment can be successfully completed with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. You can pay by utilizing your PayPal account or by credit card – it is your choice to select the best option which suits you best. The key point is that it all happens via the link to PayPal.
Follow each of the steps below to guide you through the registration process. Note that CircleBridge is simply the national organization that handles the registration and billing management.
STEP 1
Click here: Register Online
STEP 2
Select Log-In if you are a returning member, enter your username and password, and skip to Step 8 below. If you are a new member, select Create Username, under New family.
STEP 3
Create New User Profile. First enter the father’s information, after setting up a father’s account you will then enter your child’s information. Please enter at least 1 email address. Also, please be sure to affiliate the father with each child’s tribe, and if the father is an officer, to also indicate as such.
STEP 4
Next, you will also need to register each of your children. Please select your child’s tribe if it is known. If your child is in Kindergarten and new to the organization, then please select New Boys ’23, or New Girls ’23. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ADD BOTH THE FATHER, AND EACH CHILD SEPARATELY, OTHERWISE YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE INCOMPLETE.
STEP 5
If you need to add another child please do so.
STEP 6
You will then be taken to your Family Registration Information.
STEP 7
If you do not see all your children listed please add them NOW using the Add button under Family, then use Join button under Tribes to add each child to a tribe. If you are not sure which tribe you are in please contact Longhouse Chief at cvnsdchief@gmail.com Once all family members are added to system you are then ready to select an unregistered event.
STEP 8
Now you must register for both your National Longhouse Dues, and your local Longhouse Dues. First, under Unregistered Event, select National Dues for 2022/23. These dues are $45.00, and must be paid by PayPal. Please click the green “Add to Cart” button. If you are a Pathfinder family only, then please skip to step 10 at this point, as Pathfinders do not pay any local dues. If you have children who are not Pathfinders, please continue to Step 9.
STEP 9
Next, you must select the Local Longhouse Dues for 2023/24, which is $42.50 paid via PayPal. Please click the green “Add to Cart” button next to “Local Longhouse Dues for 2023/24”.
STEP 10
Click on a green Shopping Cart button. You will be taken back to Family Shopping Cart. Before you can complete registration you must complete one or more of the following, depending upon whether you have filled out such waivers in a prior year’s registration:
- Agree to NLL credit card policy.
- Electronically sign NLL Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement, and Photo release.
- Consent to background check
STEP 11
After completing all 3 of above required steps, you will then see an option to select PayPal, and you will be redirected to PayPal site.
- If you are a regular Longhouse member family, the total amount for your National and local dues will be $82.50. Your registration is now complete.
- If you are a Pathfinder family only, the total amount will be $45.00 Your registration is now complete.
STEP 12
Again, your registration is not complete if you have not paid both your National and local dues.
